Step 1: Financial Planning Phase
Your first meeting with us is used to determine what is important to you, and also for you to learn more about how we can help you. We do that by:
- Discussing why you have come to see us.
- Talking through your financial frustrations.
- Determining and priortising your goals and objectives.
- Collecting information and analyse before providing advice.
This meeting usually takes an hour to an hour and a half. We will also provide you with a Financial Services Guide which sets out the range of services we offer.
When you engage us to provide advice we will:
- Develop a plan to help you achieve your specific goals.
- Present our recommendations to you.
- Provide you with a written Statement of Advice .
It is crucial that you understand and are comfortable with our recommendations before proceeding to implement our advice.
Step 2: The Implementation Phase
To implement the recommendations in the Statement of Advice we will:
- List the actions to proceed.
- Establish a time line for implementing the actions.
- Assist you in completing the paperwork.
- Manage the lodgement of applications and proposals.
- Liaise with Fund Managers and Life Companies.
- Confirm implementation has been successfully completed.
Step 3: Wealth Management Phase
We recommend you regularly review your implemented plan to ensure it continues to meet your financial goals and objectives. Your financial journey, like your personal journey, will change over time. This forms part of the ongoing services we can provide including:
- Regular planning meetings.
- Ongoing advice.
- Portfolio valuation and review.
- Access to the client service team.
- Client Newsletter.
